Our cookies are classic sugar cookies that are artfully decorated using royal icing. Each batch is baked fresh with quality ingredients & have a delicious sweet taste.

HOW TO ORDER
​
Ordering is for those local to Lutz & Tampa, FL area.
​
CUSTOM ORDERS
I'm happy to answer any questions you have & help with the details of your order in order to create a special & delicious cookies for your event!
Simply fill out the CUSTOM ORDER FORM so I can provide you with a quote.
This online shop opens around some holidays allowing you to order without minimums! When open, you can order directly from it. Pick -up times / days will be posted. Follow me on Instagram to see when pop-up shop opens.

WHEN TO ORDER

I accept a limited amount of orders so please book early to secure your spot on my calendar.

Smaller Orders (up to 4 dozen cookies):
Please book 2 weeks notice
100% payment in full

Larger Orders (5 dozen +)
Please book 3-6 weeks in advance.
Payment in full or 50% non-refundable deposit to
secure your spot on my calendar.
50% due upon delivery / pick-up.

PRICING
Pricing will vary depending on cookie size & amount of detail involved.
Here is are some general cookie pricing:

Full Size
Starting at $36 / dozen
3" - 4" at widest point
2 - 3 designs / theme
2 dozen minimum order & must have same theme.
Extra Large
Starting at $48 / dozen
Over 4" at widest point
2-4 designs / theme
2 dozen minimum order same theme

Mini Cookies
Starting at $16 / dozen
Around 2" at widest point
2 - 4 designs / theme
3 dozen minimum order same theme.

Each delicious sugar cookie is made with quality ingredients, rolled, baked & decorated by hand. This process takes many hours over the course of several days as each royal icing layer needs to dry before the next one is placed on.

COLORS & DESIGN
​
Each cookie is hand-decorated & will have variations between each. Depending on your computer monitor settings, colors may not be exactly as shown. I'm happy to work off of any sample fabric, paint swatch, photo you may have to get a closer color match.

CHARACTERS / LICENSED DESIGN POLICY
​
Due to copyright law, I am unable to provide cookies with licensed characters, sports teams, etc.
​

PACKAGING
​​
Cookies in heat-sealed bags can last up to 3 weeks.
Once opened, they are good for up to 1 week.
Freeze up to 3 months.

DELIVERY / PICK-UP
​
Delivery / Pick-up in & around Lutz, FL / Tampa & nearby areas only. Sorry, I am unable to ship at this time due to FL Cottage Food Laws. I'm happy to deliver cookies directly to you, your event venue or other meeting place depending on distance / order size. Otherwise, a small delivery fee may apply.

The Sugar Mix is based in Lutz, FL & FL Cottage Food Operation laws prohibit shipping.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable. This is because of the time involved in prepping your order as well as booking your date on my calendar in which I had to turn other people's orders down. I try to be as fair as possible though :) So, IF a cancellation is done weeks in advance, baking has not begun AND I can fill your order date with a similar size order then I will do my best to refund a portion or all of your deposit. :)

*The Sugar Mix is a home based business & operates under the Florida Cottage Food Law. State law requires me to let you know that I bake in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Florida Department of Health. (I'm a bit of a germophobe so I take all necessary precautions to ensure my tools & surfaces are thoroughly cleaned / sanitized & my ingredients are super fresh & properly stored :)

FOOD ALLERGIES, ETC.

*I am unable to accommodate allergy / dietary restrictions at this time as my cookies include eggs, butter, flour. Cookies are baked in a kitchen that comes in contact with nuts, wheat, milk, eggs, etc. Some ingredients are produced in a facility that also has wheat,” and “Made on equipment that also processes milk” are just some examples.
